PARS is a "Pre-Arrival Review System" for importing goods into Canada from the U.S. You must have a Commercial Invoice in advance of arriving at the Border. One hour before arriving at the border, they must be notified of the arriving shipment. A PARS label consists of a four digit Carrier Code, plus the serialised number, usually 6 digits. The sticker is applied to your Commercial Invoice and scanned at the border. There is no other document required for PARS. This label is available as a single label, sets of 2 or more.
